Terms & CONDITIONS:

The participant understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions outlined in this agreement to participate in the Comprehensive Mediation Master Class:

1. The participant has reviewed the suggested English literacy prerequisites for attending this class and affirms for themselves that they possess the minimum English literacy skills required before registering for this class. 

2. The participant has reviewed the computer requirements and confirms that they have all of the necessary requirements to attend this class substantially.

3. Attendance is required at every class hour for successful completion of the class.

4. The participant must be live, interactively visible, in frame, and on the Zoom platform where the class is being held to be counted as present and meet the attendance requirements for the class.

5. The participant will be charged one hundred dollars ($100.00) per every make-up hour missed and re-taught so the participant can qualify to meet the attendance requirements of the class.

6. The student is required to complete and submit all assignments issued by instructors to info@surpassimpasse.com, within seven (7) days from issuance of the assignment, understanding that these assignments are necessary for class completion.

7. The student is required to complete and submit all quizzes issued by the instructors to info@surpassimpasse.com, within seven (7) days from issuance of the quiz,understanding that these quizzes are necessary for class completion.

8. No refunds are provided for all or any part of the class unless the class is cancelled.  

9. The participant must request MCLE and CEU credit and register for the class at least fifteen (15) days before the class commencement.

10. All participants must take and complete the final evaluation of the class with a score of 85% or higher to be eligible for a certificate of successful class completion.

11. One re-test is provided at no extra charge. Subsequent retests are provided at $50 each.

12. TRP tutors are available to schedule at $30 per hour if needed.

a. There is no opportunity provided to test out of the class. Meaning, taking the test without attending the class is not allowed.

13. Neither TRUCE Dispute Resolution Firm & Institute (TRUCE) nor any of its instructors, affiliates, or clients guarantees mediation opportunities to any participant. Successfully completing this class equips participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to confidently and effectively practice mediation. 

14. This online class is recorded for instructional purposes. By registering and attending this class, you are giving your consent to be recorded.
