The Comprehensive Mediation Master Class does not require any specific level of education for a participant to complete this class, and the State of Texas standard guidelines to practice the mediation of court-annexed cases do not impose any specific education either. However, the participant attending this class should affirm for themselves if they have the necessary English literacy skills to be able to grasp the concepts presented in the class, before registering for this class. The vocabulary, and concepts the class presents are on a college level, though a participant does not need to have attended college to have these skills. For self evaluation of the participant's suitable Englis literacy skills, the following free resources are provided:
Reading Comprehension Skills Test. https://www.testprepreview.com/modules/reading1.htm This is a free reading comprehension test for the participant to self-evaluate before registering for the class. Again, it is not required; it is only suggested.
Listening Comprehension Skills Test. https://youtu.be/lk5PI69auoY This is a free listening comprehension test for the particiapant to self-evaluate before registering for the class. Again, it is not required; it is only suggested.
Are you familiar with any of the following terms? You are not required to know all of these terms before class. However, they are likely to be used in class. Familiarity with them improves the potential to comprehend the concepts shared in class and successfully complete the class.
