A. TRUCE believes that to be genuinely prepared to mediate real cases, a mediator needs far more than a casual perusal of the minimum requirements to serve in the capacity of mediator. Included in this class are 5 hours of one-on-one coaching sessions, as well as required in-class and homework assignments. This class also holds participants accountable for absorbing the information presented through daily quizzes and a final exam at the end of the class, which must be successfully completed with a score of 75% or higher.
