Q. Does this class meet the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA) requirements to qualify for credentialing?

Q. How much is the class registration fee?
A. The July 2026 Class is at no charge to accepted applicants, and only accepted applicants may attend.
Q. Why are you offering this class at NO CHARGE, and not compensating participants to take the class?
A: Our goal is not to sell a class, but to launch a movement. The Texas Mediation Research Project (TMRP) requires a new generation of mediators trained in clinical precision rather than traditional intuition. By removing the financial barrier, we can "cast a wide net" to find candidates who prioritize objective protocol over subjective logic. We are investing in you so that you can provide the high-fidelity data required to prove the effectiveness of the Thought Resolution Protocol (TRP). In short: we are trading the tuition fee for your commitment to scientific excellence and participation in our landmark 36-month clinical trial.
We are establishing a new standard for the Texas Civil Judiciary. Traditional 40-hour courses often prioritize "attendance over mastery." By doubling the hours to 80 and requiring a rigorous 85% passing score, we are building an elite roster of Mediator/Methodologists, not just "certificate-holders". This "no-cost" model allows us to maintain a strict "no-compromise" selection process. We are looking for the best, not those who can pay the most. Successful graduates will be prioritized for paid assignments within the TMRP and listed as credentialed mediators on the TMCA registry.
TRUCE is seeking dedicated partners for the Texas Mediation Research Project. We believe that the path to a scientifically audited judiciary should be accessible to those with the discipline to follow a strict protocol, regardless of their financial starting point. We cover the cost of the 80-hour training to ensure our clinical trials are staffed by mediators who are 100% committed to the TRP methodology. Your "payment" is your time, your discipline, and your adherence to the highest standards of the field.
